03replyOur note-taking app deliberately omits folders, tags, and sync functionality to preserve a frictionless, distraction-free writing experience. Folders and tags introduce organizational overhead that pulls focus from capturing thoughts in the moment, while sync adds complexity, dependency on external services, and potential privacy concerns. By stripping these away, the app becomes a pure thinking tool—always instant, completely local, and designed for flow rather than filing—trusting that search and temporal context are sufficient for retrieval when the mind is ready to revisit.
